Amaca in Movimento, designed by Paola Colonna, is a suspended sensory path designed for spas, accommodations, wellness centers, and spaces dedicated to movement and wellness.
The experience can be carried out both indoors and outdoors, respecting the technical and environmental characteristics necessary for the treatment.

SPACE REQUIRED
For installation, an area of approximately 4 × 4 meters is required, with:
minimum height of 3 meters;
perfectly flat and stable surface;
smooth, even flooring that allows the operator to move easily around and under the hammock;
enough space to ensure freedom of movement throughout the treatment.
The structure used for the hammock is self-supporting and independent and therefore does not require permanent anchoring to the building structure.

ENVIRONMENT
To ensure optimal conditions during treatment, the space must be:
silent and reserved;
free, as far as possible, from passages and disturbing elements;
adequately heated during the colder months and cool and ventilated during the hot season;
organized in such a way as to offer the person a cozy and comfortable environment.
The quality of the environment is an integral part of the experience: silence, privacy, and comfort contribute to the state of relaxation and listening that characterizes Amaca in Movimento.

OUTDOOR INSTALLATION
Hammock in Motion can also be built outdoors, as long as the structure is placed in an area:
flat and stable;
adequately shaded;
protected, as far as possible, from direct sunlight, wind and weather conditions that could compromise the session.
The feasibility of outdoor installation is assessed in relation to the specific characteristics of the space.

EQUIPMENT
The equipment needed for the sessions is provided directly by Paola Colonna and includes:
hammock and related self-supporting structure;
medium sized Pilates ball;
Tibetan bell;
specific tools used during treatment.
The host facility therefore does not need to prepare specific equipment for the treatment.

SUSTAINABLE APPROACH
Amaca in Movimento was created with a focus on lightweight construction and a sustainable experience.
The self-supporting structure and dedicated equipment allow for easy installation, without permanent interventions on the hosting spaces and with minimal impact on the environment.

FOR THE HOST STRUCTURE
Hammock in Motion can be used in a variety of hospitality settings and formats: spas, hotels, resorts, wellness centers, accommodation facilities, events, and experiential experiences.
The collaboration method, length of stay, and session organization are determined directly with the facility, based on available space and hospitality needs.
